Dental Assistant

    Hello Everyone!  I'm one of Dr. Dunford's Dental Assistants. I was born and raised in a small city south of Detroit Michigan called Allen Park. My career in the dental field was a perfect accident, as I like to call it. My first job out of high school was with a local Orthodontist in Southgate, MI.  Needless to say, I fell in love with dentistry and it has turned out to be a very fulfilling career! In 2004 I married my high school sweet heart, and in 2006 we decided to move to Florida to escape the snow and ice. What a great decision that was! I then received my expanded functions and radiology certificates at Ameri-care School of Nursing in Fern Park FL. Before moving to Cape Coral in 2008, I worked with two general dentists in the Daytona Beach area. I have now found my home within Dr. Dunford's practice. We have an awesome team here, and I am looking forward to many more years to come!

  I have enjoyed working in the dental field since 2000.  At the age of 17, I was inspired to pursue the dental field by my mother, who is also a dental assistant. I graduated from Robert Morgan Vocational Technical Institute in Miami, Florida where I became highly trained and received my Expanded Functions Certificate.  I have extensive skills in all areas of dentistry.  I love working with people and treat all of my patients like family.
